Ironman 70.3 Goa 2026

Il vero avversario è il clima: massime intorno a 32°C e umidità alta. Swim1.9 km

What the course asks

Frequently asked questionsanswers with sources

Preparation tips

What to do from today to race day

Ghiaccio a ogni stazione

Strategia collaudata nel 2019: acqua ghiacciata su testa e gambe a ogni ristoro. Preparati a farlo in modo sistematico, non occasionale.

Occhio all'asfalto

T1 distante dall'uscita nuoto

Wheels for this course

A rule of thumb from this course: 5.8 m of climbing per km and moderate wind exposure. It is guidance, not a count. (rolling)

Front wheel

Deep wheel (60-80 mm) or disc if you are comfortable with it

Tyres
28-30 mm, tubeless if possible. Choose pressure by weight and road surface, not by habit.

Check the weather and the wind forecast on race week: on windy days, drop a depth step on the front wheel.
