At launch, pages start from syntheses of public race reports, declared as such. Verified reviews come from athletes who receive the invite within 7 days of the race, with the activity recorded on their device.

Nuoto e T1 all'Hardtsee di Ubstadt-Weiher, T2 e arrivo a Bad Schönborn.

Preparation tips
What to do from today to race day
I primi 10 km piatti invitano a spingere: le colline arrivano dopo 20 minuti e durano fino a T2. Tieni margine.
T1 in un parcheggio accanto all'uscita nuoto dell'Hardtsee (circa 100 m dall'acqua); T2 a fine bici a Bad Schönborn-Mingolsheim.
Eventi collaterali
Nello stesso weekend: Night Run, IRONKIDS, gara a staffette e 5i50 Kraichgau. Prevedi traffico e folla in zona.

Wheels for this course
A rule of thumb from this course: 11.4 m of climbing per km and low wind exposure. It is guidance, not a count. (hilly)

Check the weather and the wind forecast on race week: on windy days, drop a depth step on the front wheel.
