Ironman 70.3 Langkawi 2026

- All'uscita dall'acqua circa 200 m di corsa fino a T1.
- Strategia ghiaccio a ogni ristoro: in cappello, maglia e mani.

No. L'acqua è a circa 29°C: è una gara dichiarata non-wetsuit.

Preparation tips
What to do from today to race day
Dove dormire
Hotel citati nei report: Berjaya Langkawi Resort, The Danna Langkawi, Langkawi Chantique, Meritus Pelangi. Prenota presto.
