Swim1.9 km

Frequently asked questionsanswers with sources

Preparation tips

What to do from today to race day

Proteggi i piedi in T1

Muta sì o no

Piano ghiaccio in corsa

Usa sistematicamente ghiaccio e acqua a ogni ristoro: cappellino, collo, polsi.

Wheels for this course

A rule of thumb from this course: 8.9 m of climbing per km and low wind exposure. It is guidance, not a count. (rolling)

Front wheel
50-65 mm deep

Rear wheel
Disc, or a deep wheel (60-80 mm) if you prefer

Tyres
28-30 mm, tubeless if possible. Choose pressure by weight and road surface, not by habit.

Check the weather and the wind forecast on race week: on windy days, drop a depth step on the front wheel.
