Ironman 70.3 Omaha 2027
Quota netta in discesa dalla partenza all'arrivo.

Preparation tips
What to do from today to race day
Pedala costante in salita e rilancia in cima, senza strappi.
In corsa e in bici trovi Maurten e PH 1000: testali in allenamento oppure porta i tuoi prodotti già collaudati.

Wheels for this course
A rule of thumb from this course: 9.7 m of climbing per km and low wind exposure. It is guidance, not a count. (hilly)

Check the weather and the wind forecast on race week: on windy days, drop a depth step on the front wheel.
