  • Votato miglior nuoto 70.3 al mondo (Athlete Choice Award 2025) secondo l'organizzatore.

  • 90 km su 3 giri tra Amador Causeway, Cinta Costera, Via Israel e Panama Viejo.
  • Dichiarata 'flat and fast': dislivello ufficiale 427 m; una fonte terza (PJAMM) indica circa 258 m.

What the course asks

Preparation tips

What to do from today to race day

Idratazione e sodio in bici

Wheels for this course

A rule of thumb from this course: 4.7 m of climbing per km and moderate wind exposure. It is guidance, not a count. (flat)

Front wheel

Disc, or a deep wheel (60-80 mm) if you prefer

Tyres
28-30 mm, tubeless if possible. Choose pressure by weight and road surface, not by habit.

Check the weather and the wind forecast on race week: on windy days, drop a depth step on the front wheel.
