Swim1.9 km

Posizione aero e pacing costante.

Run21.1 km

  • Quattro giri attraverso The Land of Legends: area shopping, Venetian Channel, strada principale di Kadriye su asfalto liscio.

What the course asks

Pacing su percorso velocePiatto non significa facile: senza salite non hai pause naturali. Allena blocchi lunghi a potenza costante in posizione aero.

Frequently asked questionsanswers with sources

Preparation tips

What to do from today to race day

Arrivo e zona gara

Wheels for this course

A rule of thumb from this course: 0.9 m of climbing per km and low wind exposure. It is guidance, not a count. (flat)

Front wheel
60-80 mm deep

Rear wheel
Disc, or a deep wheel (60-80 mm) if you prefer

Tyres
28-30 mm, tubeless if possible. Choose pressure by weight and road surface, not by habit.

Check the weather and the wind forecast on race week: on windy days, drop a depth step on the front wheel.
