Ironman Cozumel 2026

  • Ristori circa ogni km: acqua in bustine sigillate e ghiaccio disponibile.

What the course asks

Ghiaccio e spugne in gara.

Frequently asked questionsanswers with sources

No: T1 è a Chankanaab Park (arrivo nuoto), T2 in città vicino al traguardo.

Preparation tips

What to do from today to race day

Ghiaccio a ogni ristoro in corsa

Prevenzione sfregamenti

Sudore abbondante: lubrificante abbondante su inguine, ascelle e piedi già in T1.

Come arrivare

Wheels for this course

A rule of thumb from this course: 0.8 m of climbing per km and high wind exposure. It is guidance, not a count. (flat)

Front wheel
40-55 mm deep

Rear wheel
Deep wheel (60-80 mm). Use a disc only if you are used to riding it in gusts

Tyres
28-30 mm, tubeless if possible. Choose pressure by weight and road surface, not by habit.

Check the weather and the wind forecast on race week: on windy days, drop a depth step on the front wheel.
