Swim3.8 km

What the course asks

Drafting rigorosamente controllatoArbitri in moto molto severi.

Frequently asked questionsanswers with sources

Metti in conto vento e acqua fresca.

Preparation tips

What to do from today to race day

Come arrivare

Quartier generale e transizioni

HQ al centro commerciale Rocca al Mare, T1 a Stroomi Beach (navette, ~15 min), T2 a Rocca al Mare. Briefing e area post-gara all'Unibet Arena.

Alloggi

Wheels for this course

A rule of thumb from this course: 3.5 m of climbing per km and moderate wind exposure. It is guidance, not a count. (flat)

Front wheel
50-65 mm deep

Rear wheel
Disc, or a deep wheel (60-80 mm) if you prefer

Tyres
28-30 mm, tubeless if possible. Choose pressure by weight and road surface, not by habit.

Check the weather and the wind forecast on race week: on windy days, drop a depth step on the front wheel.
